Assisting Parent Education Providers
The Parent Education Network, Inc. (PEN) is a non-profit organization as defined in IRS Publication 501(c)(3). Its mission is to promote the availability of and to uphold the standards for quality parent education programs serving never-married, separating, and divorcing parents, as developed by the Parent Education Advisory Committee for the Supreme Court of Virginia and published in House Document 26 (2000).
PEN is a resource for gathering and distributing information to assist in the development and implementation of parent education programs in Virginia.
